Festival of Lux - Autumn Equinox

The festival is to show the spirits they are welcome to be there
Depending on the age and strength of the spirit it can have a form or appear as a floating light
They cover themselves with luminescent paint to blend in and allow spirits to perceive them as friendly
Base for the paint comes from glowing fungi harvested beforehand
Celebrating lasts from 3 days to a week (depending on the area) and consists of giving offerings, feasting, games, and story telling
This festival has disappeared from Norm except for a couple of towns. It has lead to widespread problems with fthorskotos and disruptions to life cycles throughout the region
